Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

Delivery Timelines We aim to deliver all orders within 5–8 working days of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to circumstances beyond our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, remote locations, incomplete addresses, or other exceptions.

EU Customers Orders shipped to the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
