Return & Refund Policy

General

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at humans@sochu.in so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original (where eligible) and place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery at humans@sochu.in. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please arrange and pay for return delivery to:

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary to assess its condition.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of dispatch), to your original payment method.
